D'Arbonne Range Riders is a non-profit horseback riding organization that hosts several events throughout the year including rodeos, barrel runs, playdays, and much more. DRR also sponsors a youth organization called Ag-Kids which helps to fund member participation in equine competitions. Over Memorial Day weekend, DRR hosts its annual Stampede Days, a fun-filled weekend for the whole family including a window decorating contest, best western dressed contest, parade, and pony rides. An LRCA sanctioned rodeo is held on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, a $1500 added money barrel run is held as well as a $5000 added money run on Memorial Day to raise money for the Ag-Kids program as well as other non-profits around the community. In the fall, a second LRCA Rodeo is held. In December, the Christmas Party/Awards Banquet is held to give out awards earned by participants in the annual saddle series.
